- The road infrastructure is not adequate for an increased volume of traffic
- The increased dangers of traffic with children and the volume of pupils leaving and entering Summerhill School during rush hour traffic.
- Not being able to enjoy greenbelt land (for walks and mental well being)
- Schools in the area are already at PAN (full capacity) so where will children attend from local areas?
