- Road Infrastructure - heavily congested throughout the say and gridlocked, with tailbacks at peak times on A441 and A449 routes. Road infrastructure through Wall Heath and Kingswinford cannot support an increase in traffic volume and new rds cannot be built to alleviate this without compromising more green belt.. Lapwood/Stanhills - too many in Dudley

- Road safety - increased traffic to elderly/school children
*No information through door*
- Increased congestion on public transport/Air Quality. limited to buses.. no rail network. services affected by volume of traffic, Would have house cars - A491 feeds in to Wordsley High Street - travelling to Stourbridge - Unsafe air quality - 40 micrograms/m3
- Car Parking - schools - risk of double parking.
Use Dudley Town Centre.
- School admissions - insufficient school places at present. Only space - Wordsley year 7, other years full. Primary - none in Wall Heath, only Kingswinford
- NHS - Struggling at present - Covid\mental Health, not enough GP's\Dentists. Patients having to travel to Kinver.
- Mental Health - Greenbelt helped during lockdown. more people walking in Holbeach, stop this, increase in Mental Health. Open Spaces. Reduce anxiety etc.
- Effect local wildlife\environment. Holbeach very good agricultural land. Grade 2. Range of crops can be grown. Hedgerows around Holbeach and small plot to left form a SLINC. Loss of wildlife - owls, buzzards, red kites, bats . Loss of ancient oak trees - trees - preservation orders. Loss of daffodil yearly display. Flood risk to both areas due to gradient of land.
