Building more houses will increase polution and traffic even more than it is now.
Reduce services such as the NHS, Dentists wont be able to build and create buildings in a more acceptional space for people to access.
Less green space in the area
Strain on services
Bus routes are already rammed so building more will become chaotic, and cause chaos.
Traffic congestion on Stallings Lane takes ages to clear on majority of days on rush hour.
Building more will build up more congestion and increase air polution levels.
Strain of schools of accepting students due to the increase of family households in the local area and are already on strain due to the demand already.
