Representation ID: 15181

Received: 10/10/2021

Respondent: Christine Bembridge

Representation Summary:

There is already very little left of the Greenbelt and what does remain I believe should be preserved. The land which runs between Doe Bank Lane and Aldridge Road is farm land should and remain as this, providing a source of crops and harvest. It is an essential area for wildlife to habitat in. It also exists as a floodplain for water running all the way from Barr Beacon, removing this area could cause damage to pre-existing homes when there is excessive rainfall has nowhere to go. Amenities are already stretched in the area as it is so additional homes and people will only stretch facilities more and worsen every bodies quality of life.
