Queslett Road East/Aldridge Road

The proposed development will be detrimental to our area for many, many reasons.

1. Schooling - the area has schools which are already vastly oversubscribed.
2. Transport - Traffic along the Aldridge Road is already bad enough and surrounding areas are affected by traffic.
3. Road Safety - my own children have almost been hit by speeding cars on Queslette Rd and Aldridge Rd - we do not need more local traffic.
4. This is NOT Brownfield site - we need to keep our greenbelt for Quality of Life, for wildlife, for our climate, to maintain our farms, farmland and jobs associated with farming.
5. Pollution from 960 + cars.
6. We already have poor public transport links.

This development should not go ahead, this is a Black Country Plan - this has never been considered Black Country. Its been a neglected area for years as we have never had collaboration between Walsall and Birmingham to put in appropriate road safety measures for our children and now your plan to destroy the greenbelt!
