I strongly oppose the building of housing on greenbelt sites, not only in the Pelsall site (which I am not close to), but more generally to all the Walsall identified sites. I belive that the greenbelt is a positive contribution to the quality of life within the areas it surrounds, not just a planning constraint. It provides areas of recreation and positive visual amenity. By defining and separatign areas of settlement it has a positive effect on local pride and identity and community involvement.
I believe the plan should place much greater emphasis on brownfield site development and leave the greenbelt alone
