Road infrastructure is not adequate, the existing roads are poorly maintained currently with large potholes that ready cause damage to cars.
Schools & Dr's surgeries are full to capacity in Kingswinford.
Brownfield sites are available for housing but not as lucrative so are ignored.
Area needs affordable housing, housing proposed on these sites do not meet the needs of those trying to start on the property ladder. Money is the issue here, this project does not reflect local demand but is solely about making huge amounts of money & stealing our greenbelt. In light of the pandemic & our mental health crisis we need our green s[aces more than ever.
