We would like to raise our concerns about the proposed housing developments at Sutton Road / Longwood Lane. The main trunk roads serving these areas are already heavily congested during the busier periods of the day and additional strain will certainly negatively impact local residents. Additionally, building on green belt land which provides natural drainage, habitat for wildlife and local enjoyment of the open spaces should be a last resort. Once built upon this will never be able to be restored or reclaimed.
