I think the proposed development of the triangle (Swindon Road) and south of Holbeach Lane totally unacceptable, this is green belt land and should remain green belt. The land should remain as is and continue to be allowed to grow crops and not be turned into another housing estate when there are so many brownfield sites that should be utilized for the building programme instead.
The current infrastructure can not hope with the number of vehicles currently on the roads with more and more houses been built already at the top of Stallings Lane the situation will become in possible, the thought of introducing another 533 houses to Swindon Road when there are already so many children using the footpaths to get to Summerhill school worries me what could happen.
The effect on local services would be catastrophic, Moss Grove surgery cannot cope with the volume of patients it currently has so how would it cope, the same goes for the schools if all these new homes were to be built
