Representation Summary:

I am writing to object to the development on land in Streetly - Queslett Road East. Aldridge Road.
This is a very large development of houses on green belt, it is a marked boundary between Walsall and Birmingham. If this development take place it will mean the whole area merges into one and becomes one big sprawl. The open spaces allow for wildlife, birds and insects to thrive. It ensures there is some local countryside. There is a lot of derelict land in Aldridge, ex factories etc. which should be built on first.
There are not enough school places locally, either for secondary or primary pupils. The Doctor surgeries are also stretched at the moment. The increase in traffic would be a problem and add to local pollution. I suggest that Green belt Land should be protected at all Costs. I hope that local peoples views will be taken into consideration in these plans.
