I am emailing go to express my concerns and opposition to the proposed building of houses on the WEC Smestow Valley for the following reasons
Heavy Congestion on the access road as locals and walkers park there day and night to access the valley walks
Safety concerns for children/ animals crossing over from one part of the old railway line to the other
Permanent loss of invaluable green space and the inevitable March of “progress” - once permission to hold I given developers will seek more and more of the green space land
Disruption to the local neighbourhood and walkers if the works go ahead
