I've been very fortunate to have been born & bred in Pelsall for nigh on 66 years living close to the common with fields & nature on the doorstep. Moved out briefly for 2 years when married as couldn't afford the high rates of the time, but couldn't wait to get back to Pelsall to be back near the common and surrounding greenery. These Greenfields areas areas are extremely popular with families and and dog walkers etc. who are lucky enough to be able to walk the fields taking pleasure in the wildlife and the flora fauna of the area without having to drive (creating more pollution) to enjoy these valuable natural surroundings. This has become more valuable during the pandemic where is have been a necessity local local for exercise and fresh air. It would be criminal to build on this pleasant green belt when there are brownfield sites to be considered first. Apart from ruining this popular green area what abut the problems that would be caused by the heavy traffic that all these new builds would create? The area between coronation road and mob lane are already HEAVILY congested during work and school times going towards the traffic lights on Pelsall common, these plans would create immense traffic congestion, to say nothing of the added pollution even more traffic would cause. And what about the schools and doctors in the area? Schools are already overpopulated so would this mean new schools to be built on the area? As for doctors - its virtually impossible to get an appointment as it is without more and more residents added to he mix.

Please, Please, Don't turn Pelsall into a busy town, we dont want this. People choose to live in Pelsall because it is a village and we want to keep it that way.

Please consider the Brownfield sites before running a village for those of us who choose to live here.
