My comments relate to the proposal of 960 homes to be built on the land in streetly/pheasey broder.
A total of 42 hectares of land is to be turned into concrete to build homes on an already busy/over crowded housing estate. There are already problems getting children into surrounding schools, no doctors app's, severe traffic issues on Queslett road and only one park/ area of greenland for the Pheasey residents. Since lockdown, more and more people are out walking and enjoying the fresh air and you are planning to take that away and for us to have more fumes/cars and homes on an already cramped housing estate! People specifically invest in houses on the Pheasey for the green spaces surrounding it!
