Representation Summary:

As a resident of [location disclosed] I strongly object to the proposal to build on the WEC.

The area is a natural beautiful space that encourages people and their families to get outdoors and was a god send to many during lockdown.

I am concerned about the additional noise, pollution effecting the existing wildlife as well as myself and other residents.
I am concerned about the lack of plans to increase capacity in local schools and GP practices as well as the local hospital.

We have sufficient brown land that is already connected to utilities that can be used and transformed into housing estates for families. The council need to control their own housing stock better- ie fewer voids and get people re homed quicker by completing repairs quicker and reducing waste.

Planning permission for existing properties should be easier so where people chose to (and it is financially and logisticaly viable) for people can stay where they are settled and adapt their property for their families need so as reducing the urgency to move.
