Representation Summary:

I would like to object to the housing WOH259, WOH258, WOH257 and WOH260.
The area is a green belt site full of wildlife and their natural habitat, including owls and woodpeckers.
This will also generate too much traffic for an already busy Northycote lane and Cat and Kittens lane. During rush hour and on weekend's it is busy getting out of Westering parkway already. Cat and Kittens lane is only just wide enough for cars to pass, it will not withstand the extra traffic. There are also, a lot of pot holes in the road on Cat and Kittens lane which has recently made it dangerous, especially with the extra construction traffic to a nearby housing construction site in Featherstone.
The road under the railway bridge on Greenfield lane is also single track with priority given to traffic going eastbound towards the Stafford road and currently also gets very busy. Will this be taken in to consideration? If it gets busier there is a risk of traffic queuing back to the Stafford Road.
There is also the road under the railway bridge on Cottage Lane/Primrose Avenue which is one way and goes to single track on a tight bend.
Underneath both railway bridges the road will also flood during most heavy rain showers meaning that more traffic will have to use Cat and Kittens lane, which will not cope with all of the extra traffic.
Also, the doctors surgery is only just able to cope with the amount of people currently in the area. Adding 500 extra houses will put peoples health at risk as they may struggle to see their GP.
I would also like to question where surface water will go, as the fields are known to flood badly and are very marshy.
