1373 new homes in Pelsall will impact heavily upon the area. The developments will change where we live permanently.
Traffic levels are already on the increase in the area, this can only make matters worse. It is noted that you want to create healthy and safe places: protect and enhance the historic and natural environment. What we see with these plans is the total opposite of this goal! Pelsall is also having to deal with a proposed development of The Old Bush Pub / Pelsall Football Club. by Aldi in addition to an on site care home. Local schools have already expanded not to mention the impact upon local GP surgeries. Almost certainly there will be traffic congestion. We are very proud of what we have in and around Pelsall, please don't ruin it, it will be irreversible. This isn't progress. Its greed driven by money and profit. we urge the council to please think again.
