Pelsall is and should remain a village. I and my family strongly object to re-development which impacts on our community. We have brownfield areas more easily accessible which would would further improve thoze places whilst still retaining the greenbelt in our village.
We struggle for school placements, GPs to serve the community and heavy traffic at present, so to proceed with these plans would make a ridiculous situation become unmanagable.
Planning authorities should give total consideration to the feelings of Pelsall Residents, we do not want our village which was alikened to "Emmerdale" being changed beyond recognition into "Eastenders"
Please do not allow this plan to go ahead.
