Representation Summary:

I am particuarly perturbed to see plans to build more housing at the Coronation Rd/Mob Lane site and also Yorks Bridge, Pelsall, However Coronation Road present more of a concern to me.
The first thing I worry about is the provision of more schools and Dr's, as well as other amenities. TheDr's and Dentist surgeries in the WS3 /WS4 area's are already over subscribed. My childrens primary school has just undergone a £1 million expansion to take it from a 2 form to a 3 form entry. Even if you plan to build another school, building 2 village within 2 village is not a progressive step to housing needs.
If you live in Pelsall or pass through during rush hour (am/pm) you will be familar with how problematic it can be just to make a simple 5 minute car journey.
Building 763 units in the middle of Pelsall where the spine road would meet Fordbrook Lane or/and coronation Road will cause carnage. I know this because it already is CARNAGE with traffic. When I need to reverse from my drive at 4:45 twice per week to take my child swimming it can take up to 10 mins just to get off my drive. I have to rely on the courtesy of the road users blocking my drive. It really will be a desperate situation to increase this already too heavy traffic.

I don't expect emotive reasoning to be factored into your decisions but I have space on the paper so why not! the reason I fell in love with my home was the purity of nature [Redacted-GDPR]. Horses grazing in the field, dragonflies hovering over the brook and a bold but graceful heron who reguarly visits. The variety of birds we have nesting provided my sons lockdown hobby last year. I spend my summer evenings with my children watching the [Redacted-sensitive information] glide around the garden. the nature and open space around this area has bought up so many children over the decades. It is our land too! we pay our taxes, we should be able to have a say in keeping this land for all to enjoy.
