Proposed development at caulderfields walsall
I am opposed to any intended development on the above site or surrounding areas for many reasons but traffic is a major problem at the moment without the introduction of at least one additional car per household . The road network does not cope with traffic very well especially during rush hour . This would almost certainly increase pollution from near stationary traffic for long periods of time. I also feel there are more suitable sites around the brought to be developed which would improve the area rather than change the area for ever as once you develop green belt you can never get it back and if the times we have just endured as a nation have taught us nothing it has highlighted the need for open space for mental health plus the amount of time taken to build a development of this size would take many years.
