Representation Summary:

The development of 580 houses on the Yorks bridge site will mean a vast increase in cars/vehicles on roads which are already congested. We have lived in our house[Redacted-GDPR] and in that time have seen an enormous increase in traffic the tailbacks in all directions as a result of satellite developments north of the A5 means that congestion is a regular occurrence throughout the day. Similarly the Bloxwich-Brownhills road also suffers from significant tailbacks at the fingerpost. If there are to be access roads from the Lichfield Road and Norton Road lime lane this will only add to the congestion especially if the Yorks bridge is developed. Further the village of Pelsall cannot cope with an extra 1000 plus people the infrastructure is not in place for such an expansion with inadequate NHS facilities of doctors and dentists. Schools are also not equipped for such an increase in population. I believe that this is an ill thought out plan simply bolting on chunks of housing is not the answer neither is whittling away at the green belt
