Having lived in Pelsall for [Redacted-GDPR], I have seen a considerable amount of change to the area. Housing estates have been built around our already busy village. The roads are often congested with traffic and our streets and neighbourhoods are experiencing more and more anti-social behaviour.
The proposed area of development will only increase these issues.
I'm certain that there are more brownfield areas that could be developed instead of using greenfield land. The impact of more housing around our village will not only spoil our greenbelt but impact on the wellbeing of all the people who live here.
Haven't we been asked to plant more trees. Be outdoors more, enjoying our countryside. How can we be when it's being eroded by developers.
