Representation Summary:

I wish to object in the strongest possible terms with regards to the proposals for the area that I know best i.e. Pelsall, in the Borough of Walsall.
I have lived in Pelsall [Redacted-GDPR] it is my adopted home, I wish to object to house building at Yorks Bridge (13 Hectares, 580 Dwellings) and Coronation Road/Mob Lane (30 Hectares, 763 dwellings).
Pelsall quite simply doesn't fulfill the major Condition of being "A highly sustainable location where there is pedestrian and Public Transport etc.etc". I believe that local schools, health services and transport capacity are extremely high at present and will be unable to absorb the residents of the additional 1343 dwellings. Simple observations at those locations reveal the roads can barely cope with the present demand/usage let alone what will an extra 1343 would bring.
Additionally selection of those two sites effectively represents that first breach/ encroachment into new areas of Green Belt, opening the door for much further breaches.
Example; Just over 20 years ago Walsall Council gave the approval for a 265 dwelling estate in Pelsall, I was one of the first to take up occupancy, since then the fledgling estate has developed in terms of growing and aging families and, increased volumes of vehicles, in those few years the roads have become noticeably busier making access and egress so much harder. Just imagine the additional impacts caused by 1343 dwellings the majority of which will no doubt initially have 1343 vehicles rapidly increasing 2 or 3 fold.
I implore you to listen to existing Pelsall residents who will be impacted by the proposals then reject the 1343 in favour of providing a more satisfactory location(s) where the impact will be less, preferably Brownfield or more Urban which would have better infrastructure but please not Green Field which once breached will be lost for ever.
