F- Worcester Lane:
The positioning of this to develop a further 115 houses will result in there being very little land between Pedmore + Hagley. The house prices are likely to be large, expensive family homes. The local schools are already over subscribed, as are local Doctor surgeries +health centres. The access to this site will cause conjestion around Bromwich Lane & onto the main Worcester Lane- where at the traffic lights in Hagley & cross roads at Redlake Road & Racecourse Lane Junction are already busy & very congested with school traffic. This site has no benefit & very congested with school traffic. This site has no benefit to the local community & the building of expensive property in this area is at saturation with develops intent on using up all possible green space. This is an easy option for building work when across the borough there are numerous brown field sites that should take priority for building- as should less costly land be purchased & more affordable housing should be taking priority. Please Dudley put people & communities before developing bigger homes in expensive area's for Developers profits.
