I live very close to the proposed housing development planned in Walsall (Ref. WAH243) - overall I think developing on this piece of land is a good idea. At the moment the land is frequently used for fly tipping and random horses just get left here.

One consideration I would like to make is that, when/if this goes ahead could the developer / council widen Cartbridge Land South during this process - at the minute the road isn't wide enough for two cars to pass either side and with this proposed development it could make this road more busy with vehicles.
