Pelsall – York’s Bridge
this objection is based on my views and the views of my husband [Redacted-GDPR]
our first objection is on the basis of transport infrastructure [Redacted-GDPR] Lichfield Rd [Redacted-GDPR] Yorks Bridge Site and during rush hour the traffic jams on this road are already horrendous if 580 houses are built then this could easily add another 1000 cars to this already stretched piece of road not to mention the 763 homes planned for the other side of pelsall coronation road mob lane
our next objection is the stress the proposal will place on local services the schools in Pelsall are already full ryders Hayes and st Michaels have no spaces and waiting lists pelsall village only has a few spaces the same can be said of the doctors surgeries within pelsall if the homes are to be filled by families there needs to be significant rises in school places and GPs available
our last objection would be the loss of our beautiful view of green belt land and we believe that our house will decrease in value because of this. in conclusion we object to this housing development as it will have a detrimental effect on transport and local services and we firmly believe that brownfield sites should be considered first of which there appears to be many in the local area
