i wish to object about the proposed developments for the following reasons
- we moved into the property in 2018 with wonderful views over the proposed development site, and offers us a wonderful country feel my concern if the development goes ahead the amount of pollution it will cause not just dust but also noise pollution, and the period of time it will continue for, The impact will not only affect those living locally but also any wildlife who are living in that area.
- there is daily build up of traffic on the Swindon Road, and the current road's would not cope with the increased flow of traffic. Due to this some major considerations/ adjustments to the local road networks should be made. Pollution would increase
- with Summerhill been close to the proposed site I raise concerns for the children. The project will indeed disrupt their education, and more importantly the safety of children travelling to and from school. Children are already running between cars due to no crossings, so more children would increase the risk of a child getting hurt.
- there would need to be further public transport made available to try to reduce the traffic as it will increase massively
- there has been flooding many times on the estate opposite the proposed development site, this would worsen so something would need to be put in place to prevent this becoming a bigger problem

If this development goes ahead it will have a huge impact on the local village. There is alot of measurements or work that should be done before anything of this size is considered. It would be a major financial impact on the local authority.
