* Impact on traffic - Kingswinford cross traffic is already really busy. A449 is very busy. Always accidents. Traffic through Wall Heath is also bad.
* Schools - mainly secondary schools. They are already over subscribed
* High value housing does not solve the problem of lack of affordable housing or social care
* Doctors and Russels Hall Hospital already cannot cope with demand.
* Loss of green belt & areas to walk, exercise
* Wall Heath will lose village appeal, house prices will drop.
