Rationale for objections/ doubt & weakness;
* Protect our greenbelt; prevent urban sprawl into areas that are not geared to further development.
* Carbon neutrality; developments do not lend themself to improving and reducing pollution in already heavily residential areas.
* Brownfield sites; little or no evidence of regeneration in more appropriate areas
* Networks; current networks are already at capacity, leveraging these further will create significant adverse impact to residents during and after completion
* Construction; noise, air pollution in heavily residential areas for many years to come
* I am supportive of broader developments - the aforementioned are inappropriate for the local areas. I am prepared to take legal advice.
