My objection to this proposed development has many roads.
The current road network is inadequate, simply visit at rush hour & you will see this disruption. Add a simple football match at a stadium 8 miles away & you will see this mayhem. The roads are already in a poor state & can't cope.
Local roads are in a terrible state as the council only make repairs to main roads & neglects housing estates.
Green spaces are rapidly being converted in a quest for quick gain. The areas need low cost housing for young first time buyers. There appears to be limited brownfield development happening.
