*noise and air pollution
*congestion - especially from exsisting houses (Tybarn Drive), school double parking (Summerhill) going into Kingswinford, always long queues at top of hill etc. when Kewford Eagles Running Club, Gym, Scouts, rugby clubs are all there at weekend it's chaos, long tail backs as far as Hinksford Lane, Mile Flat, A449 into Wall Heath, we live in Wall Heath and weekends we always have to go out of village down Dudley Road way through Moss Grove on into Kingswinford then cut through Cot Lane, Barnett Lane to get back onto A449 to go into Kidderminster!
