I would like to object to the housing development on Summer Hill triangle.
The schools are operating at capacity, increased population would need to use vehicles to access neighbouring school, resulting in increased congestion on already busy roads and lowering of air quality. Health services will be put under increased pressure.
The transport network already experiences several points of congestion, increased use will present air quality, road safety issues.
Flooding, the proposed site is sloping any development will cause greater run off of water down to the roundabout on the A449, causing congestion, reduced air quality, providing difficulties for the free movement of emergency services.
