Draft Black Country Plan

Representation ID: 12536

Received: 11/10/2021

Respondent: Mr Alexander Chuter

Representation Summary:

The area immediately surrounding the Wallheath/Kingswinford location is of tremendous
importance, not only to the current inhabitance, but of generations before us. The residents have an ongoing relationship with the farmer of the "triangle" and the children use the fields upon the first snowfall of the year.

It goes without saying that the backdrop of the current residents will be forever changed, not only
with the increased noise, traffic and crime levels.
The A449 has been, for many years, a troublesome route, with the traffic levels already at sky-high levels, with nearly 900 homes this will cause further concern, no doubt accidents and an immediate impact on the mental health of the residents.

The amenities of the village's are more than adequate for the size of the population, we do not require or indeed request for further intrusion into our lives with your proposed plan. The residents do not require further schools, pharmacies or shops, and we do not require alterations to our networks. Most importantly, we do not want our surrounding landscapes to be destroyed for ever.
I whole-heartedly reject this proposal!!!!
