1) the overall ratio of properties proposed for Walsall greenbelt land seems highly disproportionate. The consultation documents states that 47,837 new homes are required areas the Black Country of which 7,720 are to be an greenbelt level. Of these 5,418 are proposed for Walsall greenbelt, a whopping 70% of the greenbelt total. I know that Wolverhampton has considerable tract of greenbelt land so why is such a high number proposed for Walsall. A more equitable distribution is surely fairer to spread the burden.
