My objections to this plan are as follows:
HIGHWAYS- Both these applications front the A449 which is already a very busy road. In my opinion additional traffic would be a road safety hazzard both to pedestrians who need to cross this road and the traffic on the road.
LOCAL SERVICES- Schools, Doctors and Hospitals are already very stretched to meet local demand. Should a potential developer offer to build new surgeries and schools the question is where and how will they be staffed. There is also a concern that there is sufficient policing for the additional population
CLIMATE- Whilst the major concern is climate pollution, this proposal will eliminate a green belt area. There are many brown site area available in the borough, although we are informed that any site that cannot take 10 properties is not counted
