Roads in Kingswinford &Wall Heath are already struggling to cope. Congestion is already unacceptable and the current commute times are shocking. More housing with possibly two cars per household will i believe put the area in constant gridlock. This will in turn make our quality in the area even worse than it is, which then has an impact on local residents who have health issues + chronic illnesses thereby putting pressure on local health services and hospital treatment which is struggling as it is for waiting times. I myself am having to travel to Kinver to access Doctors appointments. This is not acceptable!!
All brownfield sites should be used before greenbelt.
The impact on wildlife would be irreversible! The greenbelt should be protected for generations to come, so that they can enjoy and benefit walks and cycle rides.
