Environmental impact-loss of trees and green space along with established hedgerow will have a major impact on the environment and wildlife therein. in the current climate green space is environmentally valuable for both wildlife and the local community.580 houses 2 cars average per house will result in increased traffic levels and associated air pollution in the local area. Adjacent junction of Lichfield rd/Norton rd (A4124/B4154) is already heavily congested at peak times. the proposed new canal bridge that will increase the no. of HGV's through Pelsall adding to the congestion/enviromental impact.
