Land at the Grapes Pool is critical to the open space of that area of Bilston and development should not be supported
Land North of Moseley Road Bushbury needs to be VERY senistively developed to protect Moselely Old Hall and its environs and Northycote Farm
A great deal of devlopment in this area of the City, Moseley , Bushbury, Fallings Park and Northwood Park requires careful timetabling
Derelect premises should be improved e.g Bushbury Hall Farm as they are very important historic assets in the area with extant permission but have been allowed to become derelict. Action needed urgently
