Plans should safeguard local wildlife-rich habitats & wider ecological networks, including locally designated sites of importance for biodiversity. Site identified as site of Importance for nature conservation. Increase in traffic in a area of high usage already. With another development on Stone Cross there will be further huge traffic issues around Tame Bridge Station, Stone Cross and on the A4031 Walsall Rd. The area is known as having a high nitrogen dioxide exceedance as well as there being noise and light pollution from MWay.
