Replacing the two areas of green belt which have mature trees, bushes and undergrowth providing home to birds and other wildlife, with a housing estate will further reduce the air quality and bio-diversity in the area. In addition it will create parking problems, pressure on the local schools, shops and health providers.

Many of the residents that live opposite the proposed build are retired, enjoying the views, and also the peace and quite. the upheaval, noise and dust created by the building works could have adverse effects on their Health.
