SAH226-Shouldn't have been taken off GB, part of ecological corridor linking Sandwell-Walsall GB. Site is a SLINC. It's rich habitat for wildlife, has wider ecological networks. It's buffer to noise, light & air pollution frm MWay. Brooks & waterways run frm Gt Barr thru' here & go in to Tame, some need clearing out
No direct access & provision of one will increase traffic on Brackendale Drive where parking is a problem. With other developments taking place G'side Way/Walsall & W Brom Rd will have gtr traffic. There have been flooding issues & blocked brooks finding other routes causing issues.
