Objection: WOH274WTNA- the middle of Smestow-Valley-Nature-Reserve:
Middle of a Nature-Reserve shouldn't be changed from Green Belt to building land.
A plant nursery isn't a brown field site- it was a site for growing plants!
Idyllic Nature-Reserve will be negatively impacted by:
pets
car traffic
other pollutants used at the houses: pesticides etc.
An idyllic duck pond and domestic pets do not mix.
Wolverhampton Council owns the site, so it's selling off it's own Green Belt for profit.
No access to the site other than across the Railway walk, a traffic free walk from Wolverhampton-Dudley. Don't destroy this traffic free route.
