1.34 once again health and well-being are mentioned in this plan with lower rates of physical activity and higher obesity. Why the need to build on an area of peaceful tranquility that aids mental health and well-being?. Many people used this area for walking unwinding and relaxation for many years and more so during the recent pandemic.
