This area is important Green Belt land, home to wildlife, vital to the community, and a much-needed breathing space between existing housing and industrial buildings.
The road between Pelsall and Brownhills is already congested at peak times so this amount of housing would result in gridlock.
Pelsall does not have the medical/educational/retail/leisure facilities to absorb so many new families
