I believe that our green spaces should remain green. Existing brown field sites should be used first along with redevlopment of vacant housing.
I also do not believe that current infrastructure (waste and water) can support larger developments in this plan.
On a more personal note the development planned for the fields between streetly and Pheasey will increase traffic and demand for services in the local area and reduce value of current housing near by.
