Boris Johnson "We will make it faster and easier to build beautiful new homes without DESTROYING THE GREEN BELT OR DESECRATING THE COUNTRYSIDE". You are proposing to destroy and desecrate virgin green belt, grade one farming land.
This is land of historical interest with ancient hedgerows etc (Stourbridge's Ancient Heathland - BSc Hons, MSc, Phd, FIAP).
There are twenty-seven brownfield sites on Dudley's Brownfield Register. Total 57.4 hectares. This should be developed first, not just develop the easiest, most profitable land. The houses would have to be in-keeping with the area which means that they would cost a minimum of £600,000. This is not affordable housing for the masses. It is just profit for the developer.
The development is out of catchment for Hagley Primary and Haybridge High (oversubscribed)(WORCESTERSHIRE). The site is not within 10 minutes' walk of a school.
