It would be dangerous to have a housing development on Queslett Road East between Doe Bank and Aldridge Road due to the speed of vehicles along Queslett Road East and the number of crashes and fatalities that have already happened. The road is too busy for new housing entrances and also will cause chaos with traffic, which already backs up along Aldridge Road during rush hour and school times especially.
