I object to the development on Green Belt land in Stourbridge. During the pandemic, access to this countryside was critical for my mental health and wellbeing as it would have been for many residents. This proposal violates the five purposes of the Green Belt, particularly C,D and E. There is plenty of brownfield land available. Any development on Worcester Lane is unlikely to be affordable housing so does nothing to address the current housing situation. This proposal is universally opposed locally, I feel so strongly that I would join any protest should residents feedback be ignored.
