This proposal, along with WSA3 will increase the population of Pelsall by approx 25%. I do not feel that Pelsall's
infrastructure can cope. There are already long queues during rush hour coming in to Pelsall on the Lichfield road & Lime lane. Bus services are inadequate , rail services even more so. This will bring thousands more cars to the area. Parking in the village is difficult if not impossible at busy times. This will lead to the destruction of the greenbelt ring around the north of Pelsall that is unnaceptable and needs to be preserved for future generations
