The water courses in the area of Brandhall Golf Course can potentially cause severe flooding especially if the plan for 540 houses with associated hard surfacing goes ahead. There is also the problem of the road infrastructure, already a congestion problem, being totally overwhelmed by the increased traffic together with the danger of the majority of traffic from this site trying to access the Wolverhampton Road.
