960 homes Housing development at Queslett/Aldridge Road : I object to the removal of the green belt designation which has been on the site since time immemorial. Such develpment will result in detrimental effects on the local environment due to 4000 + new inhabitants (which could include 1000 or more school aged children.) Increased traffic and queues at peak times = increased pollution = decrease in health for everyone especially children and elderly. Pressure on existing infrastructure will mean the expense of new schools, medical facilities and other services. Increases in Council Taxes for residents will be inevitable.
